[SciPy-dev] don't you mind to add openopt and genericopt to webpage "Topical software"?

hi all,
don't you mind to add scikits.openopt and genericopt to Topical software?
If you don't, I shall add just no more than ~3-4 lines to the page about 
scikits.openopt, and I guess the same Matthieu will do.
If you think that one or both of the modules are not ready to join the 
webpage enough for now, please answer the message to prevent changing 
the page.
