[SciPy-dev] lsodi - ticket 615

I have an updated patch.  I found a small problem with my first patch 
and added the ability to integrate to critical points of the function 
(itask=4).

Unfortunately, the trac wiki will not allow me to append a new file to 
the ticket as I do not have permissions.  I have attached the new patch 
here in hopes that somebody with appropriate permissions can add it to 
the ticket.
