[SciPy-dev] scons build scripts in scipy trunk: merge is done

Hi,

    Since I could not make svnmerge work, I manually merged my branch to 
build scipy with scons in the trunk, and the merge is done. Since I did 
it manually, I may have missed something; I quickly try it on linux, and 
it built, though.

    Again, do not use scons to build scipy for anything but testing.
