[SciPy-dev] Doc Marathon: Ooh, ooh, pick me, pick me

I love writing documentation.  I don't have the time or skills to write 
  code for scipy yet, or fix many bugs, but I used numpy/scipy with my 
students in a class this term and I'd do anything for a good reference 
guide.  My goal is to do at least one docstring per day for the summer 
(here's to impending commencements!)
