[SciPy-dev] tests and partial patch for scipy.stats.distributions

I just saw that there were 2 change sets in
scipy.stats.distributions.py since I installed the trunk version from
2008-09-25  revision 4741.
After merging these 2 changes into my version of distributions.py I
still get the same test results as before.
