[SciPy-dev] docs and doceditor question

what is the source for

?

It's the kind of class documentation that I wanted but I don't see how
it is generated. Is it autogenerated or are there specific directives
somewhere to specify it.

another question:
Are the scipy docs supposed to build on Windows. I managed some months
ago, but it seems I will have to hunt down again posix specific
commands for several hours, to build it. I tried briefly, but without
the latest sphinx.
