[SciPy-Dev] pydocweb enhancements

I assume that mostly these question would be answered by Pauli but I
thought I would share my thoughts.

As far as I can tell additional pages have been added manually, i this right?
    If so it would be nice to add pages from within the admin or maybe
by specified user-groups. Then make these pages accessible from a
drop-down menu that list the pages.
If this makes sense  I think I know the basics of how to do this and
can plan to work on it this week (actually now).

Any other thoughts?
