[SciPy-Dev] requesting commit rights

Hi,

I would like to get commit rights for both scipy and numpy. The things I
want to work on and think I need them for:
1. making releases (including related build issues and tests)
2. docs (merging wiki edits, doc machinery for some scipy modules)
