[SciPy-Dev] review request: median in scipy.ndimage.measurements

I was prompted to add median() to the set of per-object measurements
available in scipy.ndimage.measurements.  It was not a difficult
change to add, given the existing structure.  Any comments on the
following?

I was thinking of also adding median_positions(), but I'm not sure
it's that useful.
