[SciPy-Dev] oops, don't trust a test even if it's in the test suite

I made a mistake when I wrote some tests for
scipy.stats.distributions, typo and thinko, and I didn't use a
pre-made tests.

stats() for some distributions returns an incorrect variance, I
thought it's only skew and kurtosis that are still wrong.
