[SciPy-Dev] Trac timeline broken

Just noticed that http://projects.scipy.org/scipy/timeline is broken:

Genshi UnicodeDecodeError error while rendering template
'/srv/scipy/python-packages/lib/python2.4/site-packages/Trac-0.11.3-py2.4.egg/trac/timeline/templates/timeline.html',
line 42, char -1

This is likely due to fc509992a, because Bjorn has a non-ascii name. That
means it'll stay broken for about a month, unless someone has a look at it.
