Just to finish up the testing

I also installed the 32bit version of python, numpy and scipy (on
64bit Windows 7)
(Gohlke binaries of yesterday.)

running the full scipy tests, I get one failure
(the 17 errors are just known fails, reported because I ran nosetests
on the command line)
