 Let x be any argument, and k=anything.  The associated Laguerre function
 L_0^k(x) should return 1.  However, the following returns a zero:

 from scipy.special.basic import assoc_laguerre
 assoc_laguerre(anything,0,k=anything)

 which seems to me to be incorrect.  The other orders n=1,2, etc. seem to
 behave properly and agree with the polynomial representation.

 Incidentally, the related function

 scipy.special.orthogonal.genlaguerre(0,anything)(anything)

 returns the correct value of 1, and agrees with assoc_laguerre for all
 other orders n=1,2,etc.
