#450: scipy (R3108) test fails and python quits with Illegal Instruction on
check_cosine_weighted_infinite

 Reporter:  pcls             |       Owner:  somebody
     Type:  defect           |      Status:  new
 Priority:  normal           |   Milestone:
Component:  scipy.integrate  |     Version:  devel
 Severity:  normal           |    Keywords:
-----------------------------+----------------------------------------------
 I'm trying to install scipy on Fedora 7, using gfortran V 4.1.2-12. Numpy
 R3874, atlas-3.7.33, lapack3.1.1.
 Installation successful, but fails on scipy test...
    check_cosine_weighted_infinite
 (scipy.integrate.tests.test_quadpack.test_quad)Illegal instruction.
 Th problem seems to be associated with the -infinite limit of integration;
 a large negative number in its place does not generate the error message.
 Numpy tests were successful.

 Am I doing something wrong in the install process?

 Output of "python -c 'from numpy.f2py.diagnose import run; run()' >
 tmp.jnk" attached.
