#532: 'axis' keyword argument needed for more of the sandbox.image.color
colorspace convertors

 I am using the last dimension as the color dimension; that is, my arrays
 are laid out:

 {{{
 [[L, A, B],
  [L, A, B],
  [L, A, B],
   ...]]
 }}}

 The coloraxis autodetection fails when, eg. I give it a 3x3 array (ie. 3
 L*a*b* colors) -- it 'autodetects' the wrong axis as being the color axis.
 Currently, rgb2lab and lab2rgb don't support the axis keyword argument, so
 I have to use rgb2xyz, xyz2lab, lab2xyz, and xyz2rgb manually.

 The patch I'm attaching fixes this, by adding the axis kwarg to functions
 where it is needed (lab2rgb, rgb2lab, luv2rgb, rgb2luv)
