#527: scipy.stats.bayes_mvs() returns differnet structure dependign on lenght of
data.

     Type:  defect  |      Status:  new
 Priority:  normal  |   Milestone:  0.7
Component:  Other   |     Version:
 Severity:  normal  |    Keywords:
--------------------+-------------------------------------------------------
 If the data supplied to scipy.stats.bayes_mvs() has n>1000
 it calls an internal function that returns directly
      return _gauss_mvs()
 If n <=1000 it calculates the values itself.

 However _gauss_mvs returns
     return mp, (ma, mb), vp, (va, vb), st, (sta, stb)
 but bayes_mvs itself returns
     return (mp,(ma,mb)),(vp,(va,vb)),(stp,(sta,stb))

 These are different structures and thus the calling code needs
 handle it. The structure returned in both cases should be the
 same.
