 The behavior of the smoothing spline depends essentially on the smoothing
 parameter `s`, which should be chosen according to each dataset. The
 result is not an interpolating spline by default. If you want to do spline
 interpolation, set `s=0`.

 The different class names reflect the estimated residual sum of squares.
 Admittedly, this is rather confusing, and the documentation requires
 improvements.
