#1149: mpmath test for hyp2f1

 In scipy/special/tests/test_mpmath.py, there is a test called
 test_hyp2f1_strange_points that is known to fail due to different
 conventions. Since recently (0.14 I think), mpmath can optionally use the
 Mathematica/SciPy convention, like this:

 {{{
 >>> mpmath.hyp2f1(2,-1,-1,3,eliminate=False)
 mpf('7.0')
 >>> mpmath.hyp2f1(2,-2,-2,3,eliminate=False)
 mpf('34.0')
 }}}

 It should be trivial to fix the test. Or you could just check the values
 explicitly instead of calling mpmath (although cross-comparing is a good
 thing).
