#1125: interpolate.interpolate.splmake calls helpers which raise
NotImplementedError
-----------------------------------------+----------------------------------
 Reporter: dgoldsmith | Owner: somebody
     Type: defect | Status: new
 Priority: normal | Milestone: 0.8.0
Component: scipy.interpolate | Version: 0.7.0
 Keywords: splmake NotImplementedError |
-----------------------------------------+----------------------------------
 Reference: http://mail.scipy.org/pipermail/scipy-
 user/2010-March/024491.html

 Summary: scipy.interpolate.interpolate.splmake "looks for a
 '_find_%s'%kind function (e.g., _find_clamped function)...However, [the
latter function] and similar functions look like:

def _find_clamped(xk, yk, order, conds, B):
      raise NotImplementedError
return _find_user(xk, yk, order, conds, B)

So user gets a NotImplementedError whenever trying to create any kind of
spline using the kind argument of splmake"
