 I attached the file I ran and here is the output:

 The versions are python 2.6.3, numpy 1.3.0, scipy 0.7.1.

 I figured that I can do it with schur(A,'complex'), instead of
 schur(A+eps*eps*i*A), to get the complex decomposition I wanted, so for me
 it is fine now. But the bug is still there...
