Comment(by Valene):

 It is the same error except that I am not using a new compiler and I am
 not using Mac.
 Numpy finds the good compiler. I managed to install Numpy.
 Scipy is supposed to use the settings of Numpy.
 So, I don't understand why scipy doesn't find a compiler.

 I thought about using Numscons.

 Does someone has a solution to cross-compile Scipy ?
