Comment(by jmpolom):

 Correct, those are the only two line changes. I was obviously just using
 probplot for normal probability plots, and I did forget to investigate
 what it does for non-normal plots. From what a gentleman with a PhD in
 statistics told me, 'Order Statistic Medians' is not the correct label for
 that axis in any case. I can cross check with him and get some references
 to cite in the docstring. I know the NIST stats tutorial lists that as the
 axis label, but I honestly haven't seen it anywhere else.

 Perhaps we could look into doing a distribution dependent label? Typically
 for normal plots, the axis on which they're plotted reads 'Normal Scores'
 or something to that effect. Similar labels for other distributions
 shouldn't be too hard.

 The docstring could use updating as it wasn't clear from it what exactly
 was on that axis. I read the source to figure it out. Probably a good idea
 to let people know what the thing does without having to find out where
 their OS happens to install SciPy :)
