New description:

 I cross-compiled Python-2.6.5 then Numpy-1.4.1 using an alias on g95
 (g95=ftn) in order to cross compile. It works fine.

 But when I try to build Scipy, I obtained :
 {{{
 customize UnixCCompiler using build_ext
 customize G95FCompiler
 warning: build_ext: f77_compiler=g95 is not available.
 building 'scipy.interpolate.dfitpack' extension
 error: extension 'scipy.interpolate.dfitpack' has Fortran sources but no
 Fortran compiler found
 }}}
 Any help would be appreciated.
