Comment(by warren):

 fligner() has the same problem.  Presumably these should have a keyword
 argument such as 'proportiontocut' (a bit long, but that's what the
 trim_mean function uses) to be passed on to trim_mean() when 'trimmed' is
 selected.

 It would be nice to also fix the API of these functions to use explicit
 keyword arguments instead of **kwds.  (I'd do it now, but I'm having
 trouble building scipy trunk at the moment.)
