#1291: stats.discrete distributions hypergeom.sf exception
-------------------------+--------------------------------------------------
 Reporter:  josefpktd    |       Owner:  somebody
     Type:  defect       |      Status:  new
 Priority:  normal       |   Milestone:  0.9.0
Component:  scipy.stats  |     Version:  0.7.0
 Keywords:               |

Comment(by josefpktd):

 my guess is that self._sf(*goodargs) has empty goodargs, which breaks in
 vectorize.

 Both the distribution instance and (I think) vectorize preserve something
 about the state, but I cannot think of anything that makes it run the
 second time.

 My initial guess was that self.a and self.b are not set correctly in sf,
 but I think this is unlikely.
