 @rgommers That seems reasonable; I shall endeavor to do so. As for my
 purpose in submitting this improvement, it is something that the API is
 lacking, insofar as it will recursively perform N-space integration beyond
 four dimensions (using, for example, ''tplquad'').

 This is extremely useful for cases that require it, as in my multivariate
 algorithm for mutual information. And the best part is, such a construct
 can be called with a variable number of arguments (using, for example,
 ''lambda *args'') if this functionality is desired.

 So, I feel that this is a simple thing that mathematics specialists will
 value. Thank you for your response.
