In scipy.spatial.distance, the 'sokalmichener' and 'rogerstanimoto'
distances seem the same, both for floating point and boolean inputs. Yet,
they are computed slightly differently, and the documentation is slightly
different (although equivalent). Why this very confusing duplication?

I suggest to combine both dissimilarity measures, both in the source code
and the documentation, and indicate that one is an alias for the other.
