 The solution to this problem (parameter < 0, or imaginary modulus) is an
 "Imaginary Modulus Transformation".  This simple transformation extends
 the elliptic integral's domain to the entire negative axis.  The complete
 transformation can be found at
 http://dlmf.nist.gov/19.7
 Using it, SciPy returns values that agree with Mathematica to at least 12
 decimal places.
