#1460: stats.uniform.moment produces nans with wrong number of arguments
-------------------------+--------------------------------------------------
 Reporter:  josefpktd    |       Owner:  somebody
     Type:  defect       |      Status:  new
 Priority:  normal       |   Milestone:  Unscheduled
Component:  scipy.stats  |     Version:  0.9.0
 Keywords:               |
-------------------------+--------------------------------------------------
 {{{
 >>> stats.uniform.moment(3, 0., 1.)
 nan
 >>> stats.uniform.moment(3)
 0.25
 }}}

 I had forgotten that moment works only for the standard distributions.
 If possible this should raise a ValueError instead. (0,1) was intended as
 bounds (a,b)
