 When using quad precision floats in the arguments to scipy.linalg.eig()
 (dtype='float128'), the eigenvalues returned are of the correct precision,
 but the eigenvectors are returned as doubles (either complex or floats).
 I've attached a simple test case to this ticket that reproduces the
 problem.
