#1669: csgraph test failures
--------------------------+-------------------------------------------------
 Reporter:  rgommers      |       Owner:  jakevdp
     Type:  defect        |      Status:  new
 Priority:  high          |   Milestone:  0.11.0
Component:  scipy.sparse  |     Version:  devel
 Keywords:                |
--------------------------+-------------------------------------------------

Comment(by rgommers):

 On 64-bit Python 2.7 (OS X 10.6) there are three test failures, the same
 ones as on 3.2 so it does look like a 32bit vs. 64bit problem and not a
 2.x vs. 3.x one.
