 Understand your comment but norm and lognorm are used a lot in
 compfinance, often together.
 Consistency is needed between the function signatures. All the statistical
 distributions should have the same function signatures, otherwise this
 will lead to many bugs in user code. The only option I see is to make
 shape optional and put it after loc and scale.
 Investigate the R functions, all stat dstribution have the same naming
 conventions and same function sgnatures.
