 I don't think we want to overload loc and scale also, otherwise it gets
 very confusing, I guess.
 The normal distribution is parameterized with keywords loc and scale
 (which can also be used as positional arguments.

 One of the always confusing parameterization is, for example, the
 lognormal. And besides creating an alias outside of the current
 distribution framework we cannot do anything about it.

 for hypergeom, for example, I always have to look up what the parameters
 are and mean

 For many distribution it would be relatively clear and a useful "bonus".

 Note, we will also have to change the way the docstring template is
 generated, if we want to document the actual shape parameters.
