Comment:

 Yes, zero should be supported, needs an _argcheck to overwrite the
 default.

 negative c should work without problems, but because of symmetry it will
 create a non-unique parameterization, I think.

 c and -c represent the same distribution. It might create a problems in
 fit, if there are two different parameterizations.

 (I didn't work through the details, so I'm not sure the part about
 negative c is correct.)
