[SciPy-user] build problem -- fftw

I tried to build the latest CVS content:

MinGW>python setup.py build -c mingw32

scipy_distutils.system_info.FFTWNotFoundError:
    FFTW (http://www.fftw.org/) libraries not found.
    Either install them in /usr/local/lib or /usr/lib and retry setup.py.
    One can use also FFTW environment variable to indicate


In scipy_distutils I get:

Any idea what's going on there?
