You can use atlas3.6.0_Linux_ATHLONSSE1_2.tgz that contain threaded atlas 
libraries, i.e. libpt{f77,c}blas.a files.

I presume that you are running on machine with several CPUs, otherwise it 
does not make sense that your system has threaded atlas libraries 
installed..
