[SciPy-user] How do I build scipy using standard BLAS/LAPACK

Do you have anything in /home/nwagner/src/lapack? May be you should have

   LAPACK_SRC=/home/nwagner/src/LAPACK

? If so then it should solve the problem. You should not follow docs 
literately when it is obvious that docs are wrong.
