There is no need to specify /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.3.4
when using gcc as a linker.

That should read

libraries_list = ['lapack', 'cblas', 'f77blas', 'atlas', 'g2c']

You can put it shouldn't be necessary when linking against static
libraries.
