[SciPy-user] begging for binaries

after following your instructions I get
c:\msys\1.0.10\MinGW\bin\..\lib\gcc-lib\mingw32\3.2.3\..\..\..\..\mingw32\bin\ld
.exe: cannot find -lmsvcrt71

I tried setting LD_LIBRARY_PATH to c:\windows\system32 where I found 
msvcrt71.dll
but I got the same error
