Indeed, however Oxford dropped teaching Python the next year, as they 
found the students did not find Python any easier to learn than C 
(they split the class in half and taught ~80 students C and ~80 
students Python).  I believe this was because the notes were pretty 
much a straight translation from C -> Python and am not convinced by 
the conclusion reached.
