Define PY_ARRAY_TYPES_PREFIX to be something, I think. Add

  defines=[('PY_ARRAY_TYPES_PREFIX', 'numpy_or_anything_else_thats_unique')],

to any Extension() that is #including numpy/arrayobject.h .
