Yep, it is now fixed!  Thanks!  And, no more strange errors about  
overwriting the fft function when I import.

In [1]: import scipy

In [3]: import scipy.stats

In [4]: scipy.stats.norm.stats()
Out[4]: (array(0.0), array(1.0))

In [5]: scipy.stats.norm.stats(loc=4.0,scale=5.0)
Out[5]: (array(4.0), array(25.0))

In [6]: scipy.stats.gamma.stats(1.5, loc=4., scale =5.)
Out[6]: (array(11.5), array(37.5))

In [7]: scipy.__version__
Out[7]: '0.4.5.1570'
