[SciPy-user] What is missing in scipy to be a top notch environment for signal processing (lpc and co) ?

Oops. I wasn't paying attention. Pick whatever you think is sensible. Your
username is a reasonable one for now since these will probably end up in
scipy.signal rather than their own package.
