[SciPy-user] build issue on 64-bit Intel Core2 Duo

Hello,

I have a similar problem with a Xeon. At the same location the g77
flags are wrong:

Lib/fftpack/dfftpack/dcosqb.f:0: error: CPU you selected does not
support x86-64 instruction set

The fix proposed does not work. Here it is my /proc/cpu_info:
