[SciPy-user] writing string from array

Hi,

I'm trying to send a grid of points to a subprocess.Popen object, via the
.communicate(input=some_array) method.

To do so I need to write a string that looks like this:

xA, yA, zA, xB, yB, zB

To do so I intend to use the mgrid function:

sample_grid = sp.mgrid[min_x:max_x:spacing, min_y:max_y:spacing,
min_z:max_z:spacing ]

To obtain the xA, yA, zA values, and to add an array((0,0,0.1)) to these
values to obtain xB, yB, zB

Unfortuantely I have no idea on how I can do so (using the .tostring
method?)

Any pointers would be appreciated for sure!

Thanks,

-jelle
