Thanks. I did find this http://pyml.sourceforge.net/ which I think has
all the tools I need.
 I looked at orange, but it seems there are some troubles getting it
to work properly on a mac, so combining the tools from PyML and
PyCluster http://bonsai.ims.u-tokyo.ac.jp/~mdehoon/software/cluster/software.htm
