Hi Matthieu,

It works with:

[mkl]
library_dirs = /opt/intel/mkl/10.0.5.025/lib/em64t
lapack_libs = mkl, mkl_lapack
mkl_libs = mkl_core, mkl_def, mkl_vml_def, mkl_intel_thread, mkl_sequential,
guide, mkl_em64t, mkl

_but_ I actually get the wrong answer now:

In [24]: A=asmatrix(eye(6000))

In [25]: B=A*A

In [26]: diag(B)
Out[26]: array([ 0.,  0.,  0., ...,  0.,  0.,  0.])

In [27]: diag(A)
Out[27]: array([ 1.,  1.,  1., ...,  1.,  1.,  1.])

In [28]: B=dot(A,A)

In [29]: diag(B)
Out[29]: array([ 0.,  0.,  0., ...,  0.,  0.,  0.])

Any advice?

Thanks,
Anand
