[SciPy-user] shared memory machines

Just a small update: I have removed ftok and done what Philip Semanchuk
suggested. The System V version now uses numpy's random integer generator
to create a key (and if it fails, checks errno for EEXIST). Clean up can
be done using threads or without threads; keep your paws off os.setuid if
you set gc_thread to False.
