Here's an verbose way to do it, so you can see what's going on. You'll
need matplotlib installed for this, and it's the generally recommended
2-d graphics package to accompany scipy.

import matplotlib.pyplot as plt
x0 = [1,1]
y0 = [1,4]
x1 = [3,3]
y1 = [2,6]
fig = plt.figure()
ax = fig.add_subplot(111)
ax.plot(x0, y0, x1, y1)
ax.set_xlim([0, 4])
ax.set_ylim([0, 7])
plt.show()
