Dear all,

I am trying to install scipy on a cluster running scientific linux
(x86_64) from the "ashigabou" repository. I followed the installation
instructions on the official scipy site: I downloaded the ashigabou.repo
file and stored it into /etc/yum.repos.d .
If I try to install, the packages can't be found:

$ yum install python-numpy python-scipy

gives me the following error:

	Parsing package install arguments
	No Match for argument: python-numpy
	No Match for argument: python-scipy

although the repository seems to be found:

$ yum list available | grep ashigabou
refblas3.x86_64 3.0-11.1
home_ashigabou
refblas3.i586 3.0-11.1
home_ashigabou
refblas3-devel.i586 3.0-11.1
home_ashigabou
refblas3-devel.x86_64 3.0-11.1
home_ashigabou
refblas3-test.x86_64 3.0-13.1
home_ashigabou
refblas3-test.i586 3.0-13.1
home_ashigabou

But the only libraries found are the "refblas" libraries; No atlas, no
scipy no numpy...

Maybe this is less a scipy question than a question about the package
manager, though I hope someone can help me...

Thanks in advance,

Hannes
